The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the New England College Pilgrams in front of 150 fans in non conference action. The Cardinals would set the tone early in the game with four unanswered goals in the first quarter with two coming from Jack Carroll for the 4-0 lead. In the second quarter the Cardinals would extend there lead with a 4-1 quarter with two goals from Jack Mullen for the 8-1 lead at the intermission. When the teams returned for the third quarter the Cardinals would outscore them 3-1 and have a 11-1 lead headed into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter the Pilgrams would actual win the quarter 4-2 as the Cardinals had backed off the throttle and the Cardinals would hold on for the 13-5 victory. In the winning effoer Jack Carroll and Jack Mullen would lead the way with the hat trick each as the Cardinals go to 3-4 on the season.
